THE JACKLE is a frame we have designed for the everyday rider in mind from a building & using experience. We have been building, selling, and driving buggies for 30 years. We took all our knowledge about making buggies easy to ship, easy to build, better handling & comfort in mind! The Jackle has a 4 point design in the floor & arm rail. Which allow for more cockpit space without making your buggy to wide for trails. With the wider cockpit now dual cutting brakes fit between the seats. Wider cockpit at the windshield insures you are not looking at the frame bars when driving like all other buggies. When we moved the windshield forward it makes a more usable cockpit space that allows for a small tool box, cooler, battery behind the seat, etc. Allowed the front seats to be moved forward allowing also for more front end weight to allow your front suspension to work properly. More front end weight for braking, cutting, wheel stability and much more! The Jackle is only currently available fully tacked or fully welded! Due to the complexity of the frame design we have not yet to figure a perfect solution for making it easy to ship to the customer that does not have the jig to build this frame. By providing them fully welded we are insuring you the customer can be provided the best quality of what we can offer in this frame! If you need a taller roof let us know and we can raise it to whatever height you would like! Please note additional roof heights on this frame is an additional cost. When purchasing this frame for the off-road we HIGHLY suggest getting the full brace kit that has been custom built for the roof design of this frame! For you street guys it also makes this frame look like your on the prowl driving down the road! JACKLE FULLY WELDED - $1099 There is alot involved in the Jackle's brace kit as you can see below. I will go into full detail about the brace kit option below the photo's.          Back Brace Kit - $99.95 Frame Horn & Torsion Supports - $64.95 FRONT BRACE KIT INCLUDES : 1 1/2" .095 wall tubing. This is a 6 piece set! Will attach to your windshield bar & tie rod bar increasing the strength if you hit a tree with the front end! ROOF BRACE KIT 1 1/2" .120 wall tubing. This is a 7 piece set! This will increase the width of the roof over the cockpit. This kit is designed to help deflect trees & brush while plowing through the trails! BACK BRACE KIT 1 1/2" .120 wall tubing for the secondary rear hoop. 1 1/2" .095 wall tubing. This is a 5 piece set! For the rear firewall x, and shock tower mounts that go between the 2 rear hoops! FRAME HORN & TORSION SUPPORTS 1 1/2" .095 wall tubing. This is a 4 piece set! This kit helps bring added support to the frame horns while the engine & trans is bouncing around in the rear ALL ACTIVITIES ARE AT THE USERS' OWN RISK. When building your dune buggy, obtain assistance from a qualified, licensed builder. Also have all welding performed by a certified, licensed welder. Be certain there is nothing located so that it might injure the driver or passengers; be sure to allow for occupants to be out of position as they might be in an accident. Pad all possible places where contact might be made by the driver or passengers. The most carefully designed vehicle possible could not be safe, unless it is properly constructed, maintained and operated. Always wear a helmet and eye protection. Always wear a professionally installed 5 Point harness. Never use the vehicle in an unsafe or illegal manner. The VW Store chassis are designed for pleasure riding.
